I placed an order online for a certain birthday bouquet on Friday morning. Within minutes Mollie called to let me know the flowers I chose were no longer available that day. She worked with me to create a wonderful substitute that could be delivered that afternoon. The bouquet she created was lovely and the recipient loved it. Mollie even sent me a photo of the new creation! That's great customer service! This florist will be my "go to" from now on.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will.
